A useful verdict should show what was checked, what the evidence says and what remains uncertain.
Our review framework
| Area | What the review should establish |
|---|---|
| Operator and licence | Legal company, regulator record, current status and relevant website. |
| Country availability | Specific market, restrictions and date checked. |
| Account and payments | Published verification, deposit and withdrawal conditions. |
| Promotions | Wagering base, limits, deadline, eligibility and full terms. |
| Support and complaints | Available channels and the published complaint process. |
| Limitations | Anything not verified or not tested directly. |
Research and testing are different
Reading an operator’s withdrawal policy is research. Completing a withdrawal and recording the result is a test. A review must distinguish the two. We will not present a published estimate as a measured result.
Scores and rankings
No operator scores or rankings are published in this preview. Before those are introduced, we will publish the scoring method and explain the evidence behind each comparison.
Commercial relationships
Any referral relationship will be disclosed beside the relevant links. An affiliate agreement is not evidence that an operator is licensed, suitable or available to every reader. See our affiliate disclosure.
